1. Where are your products made?
Our products are made in a handful of factories located throughout India. All items are constructed using the finest European fabrics and precise stitching. Accessories such as our ties and cufflinks are made in New Delhi in partnership with local artisans. 
 
2. What materials go into a Collar Tales shirt?
Our shirts are handcrafted from the Finest Egyptian Cotton Fabrics and finished with mother-of-pearl buttons.
 
3. What makes a Collar Tales shirt different?
Our trim (but never tight) Cut has a straight body from armhole to waist. It won’t fit like a dress or billow. We have sculptured the yoke, tailored the chest and provided a slight taper from chest to waist. Our cut will fit comfortably around the armpit & across the upper back, giving you a full range of motion.
 
4. How do I know my size?
Our shirts are sized based on neck measurement and come with a size-specific sleeve. For detailed measurements, please see our size guide.
 
5. Where can I purchase your shirts?
Our shirts are only available at collartales.com. We also host pop-up shops around the country throughout the year. Subscribe to our emails or like us on Facebook for pop-up shop updates and the latest Collar Tales news.
 
6. Will you be releasing non-iron fabrics?
We do not have plans to offer our shirts in non-iron fabrics. All Collar Tales shirts are made of natural, untreated, high-quality cotton fabrics produced from long-staple yarn. This process results in fibres that are softer and less prone to fraying. The fabrics’ compact mid-weight weaves make them naturally wrinkle-resistant.

1. Who is beyond Collar Tales?
Collar Tales was launched by Father-Son Duo Dinesh Bhalla and Dhruv Bhalla. The inspiration of creating Collar Tales came from our desire to bring authentic, finely stitched cotton shirts for men who have a taste for quality. We have put our parent company’s 40 years of experience in cotton apparel textile business in research and development to the range of our shirts.


2. Do you take wholesale orders?
We are open to wholesale and private label orders. Please mail us at support@collartales.com for details.
 
ORDERING 
 
1. Methods of Ordering?
You can order via our Secure website or write to us at support@collartales.com .
 
2. How can I make a change to my placed order?
Please email us at support@collartales.com within two hours of placing your order. After the two-hour window has elapsed, we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your order can be changed.
 
3. How do I know that my online purchase is secure?
We use SSL certificates and a PCI compliant gateway for our electronic commerce transactions.
 
4. What if an item I recently purchased is now on sale?
Price adjustments will be honored within fourteen days of the original purchase date in the form of Collar Tales store credit. You may contact us at support@collartales.com with inquiries.

5. What are the modes of payments available?

We accept All Debit Cards, All Credit Cards, and Net Banking.
 
SHIPPING 
 
1. How long will my shipment take to get to me?
We have partnered with FedEx to ensure timely delivery of all orders. Delivery times will vary, but generally, you should expect to see your package arrive within ten to twelve business days with our Free Express Shipping. 
 
2. What is the price for shipping?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. 

 
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
 
1. What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple, we offer easy returns/exchanges on all orders.
All products must be returned within 15 days from order date unless marked as final sale. Shirts must be in unworn and unwashed condition. 
 
2. How do I make a return?
Please email us at support@collartales.com and we will provide you with the delivery address, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will ship out the exchange shirt at no extra cost to the customer.


Once the return is processed, you will receive an email that your credit card has been refunded or store credit has been added to your Collar Tales account.
 
3. How long does it take to process a return/exchange?
Our warehouse processes returns in the order they are received. Once the package is delivered, please allow up to 7 additional business days for your return or exchange to be processed. When a return or exchange is processed, you will be notified via email. 
 
4. How long does it take for credit to appear back on my credit card?
Once the return is processed, it can take some credit card companies up to 5-7 business days to process the credit back to your account.
 
5. How long does it take for store credit to appear in my Collar Tales account?
Once the return is processed, store credit is applied to your Collar Tales account immediately.
